Achtung, in dieser Folge wird es laut! Sophie und die Teilnehmer*innen des MELT-Workshops schreien sich die Seele aus dem Leib. Das Forschungsprojekt „Counting Feelings“ — hierzu sei euch auch S02 / F03 ans Herz gelegt — des Medienkunstduos MELT befasst sich mit der Bedeutung von Daten für Trans* und autistische Menschen. In einem Workshop an der KHM in Köln geht das Projekt in die nächste Runde: Es geht um Schreie als Widerstand und einen gemeinsamen Datensatz. Es geht um eine traumaspezifische Praxis, wo Trauer, Wut und Misstrauen zum Vorschein kommen. Gefühle sind hier kollektive und mächtige Werkzeuge gegen strukturelle Unterdrückung. Der kollektive Schrei ist kollektive Kraft.

The research project ‘Counting Feelings’ - we also recommend S02 / F03 - by the media art duo MELT deals with the significance of data for trans* and autistic people. The project enters the next round in a workshop at the KHM in Cologne: it is about screams as resistance and a shared data set. It is about a trauma-specific practice where grief, anger and mistrust come to the surface. Feelings are collective and powerful tools against structural oppression. The collective cry is collective power.
